Most insurance companies will allow billing from an out of network provider. All co-payments are due at the time of service and billing information will need to be provided prior to the initial appointment to my billing company. We accept cash, check or Flexible Spending Account/ Health Savings Account for co-payments/ coinsurance.
If you have a question about whether or not your insurance will cover our sessions please call your insurance company and ask if they cover these specific codes; 90791, 90847,90837 and 90834 and what the copay and coinsurance are. We offer limited face to face sessions based on the comfort of our providers.
PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR ASSOCIATES / GRADUATE INTERNS:
Our office can bill Oregon and Washington Medicaid at this time.
Feel free to ask your insurance company if they will accept claims from Clinicians under supervision.
Associate Sweetwater Sahme offer rates of $50 per session.
Lead Clinical Associate, Kaylee Torres LMFTA and Katheryne Lewis MHCA Gitanjali Sterling, Jessica Fox- pending offer rates of $75 per session.
Sliding scale slots are currently full, but if you'd like to be added to a wait list for sessions on a sliding scale fee basis, please let us know.

No Surprises Act Fact sheet from The Centers of Medicare and Medicaid
Private and Group Practices such as Therapeutic Change PLLC are required to present clients with a 'Good Faith Estimate' of services to outline potential out of pocket costs for self pay and uninsured clients. We comply with this new law by covering the costs of services, the estimated number of sessions and reviewing this information at intake, reassessment and at expiration of sliding scale service agreements. If at any time you have questions about the status of your financial account with us, feel free to speak to your clinician directly or speak to Pam Monahan or Summer Brown.
